More Sketches. More Fun!

Hey there!  Is it Monday already?  I guess it's more like barely Monday now.  I've been meaning to post all day but between everything that I needed to do I just couldn't get to it until now.  Whew.  So what exactly have I been doing?  My Mom is here visiting us.  It's wonderful to have her here.  Little Ellie thinks that Grandma is her new playmate 24-7.  Poor Grandma can hardly get a break.  It's very cute.  :-)

Sadly, all day yesterday Ellie was sick-sick.   Uncharacteristically she slept most the day.  During one of her naps I did manage to make a few sketch cards.  I chose CPS's (Card Positioning Systems) sketch #190 as my inspiration.  It was cool to get two cards done in between Ellie's nap.  I used Clear Dollar Stamps' new release called "Designer Label Christmas Tags & Designer Label Additions" as the stamped images and their brand new die cutting set "Designer Label Dies".  Everything just flows between the new dies, stamps, embellishments, and layout.

Poor Ellie crashed out on the couch.  :-(
All ready for church but too sick to go.

Here's what my cards look like:
Card #1

Card #2

I hope you get a chance to play with the sketch.  It was a good one to start with for sure.

Smiles,
~Nancy
