Mooo-day!

I hope you had a pleasant Monday. Mine was just right and happy. It's nice to have an "A" okay day. Praise the Lord indeed! This evening my husband offered to keep Ellie busy so I can do something that I wanted to do. It was great... I snuck out of the living room and went into the office and shut the door. A few minutes later I can hear Ellie crying in the hall getting as close as she could to the office. I don't usually sneak off like that but tonight I thought maybe she would be content and continue playing since I was still in the house. Nope, once she couldn't lay her eyes on me it was all over and the bawling began. I was just at the point where I couldn't take it anymore when Daddy came to the rescue and played with her until bed time... a short but long 15 minutes later.

So what was I doing in the office? Making a card of course. :-) After visiting Mercy Kerin's blog last week I decided that I wanted to do her sketch challenge #4. I knew exactly which set I wanted to use too... The Angel Company's Spring Supplemental set called "An Udder Birthday". I'm not usually a big cow fan but these cow images are too cute to resist. This is my first time to do one of her challenges but I hope to do more in the future.

CARD DETAILS:
The Angel Company's "An Udder Birthday"
TAC Up Town Girl Designer Papers
Palette Ink
Prismacolor Pencils blended with Gamsol

Super cute card :)
I remember that age....each one of mine had a stage where they were super clingy to me. Nice that you could "break free" for awhile though!
