Having FUN

This morning I walked into the kitchen to find a watery mess on the floor. I immediately took some pictures and emailed them to my husband at work for some help. He figured out what the problem was from the photos. We have a glycol leak and need to get it fixed. Glycol is what helps heat our home. Without it we would be in lots of trouble. In a place like Barrow heat is a must and handymen are and in great demand. Thankfully one of our friends is a plumber and he was able to swing by and make a temporary repair. Answered prayer and a big blessing!

So tonight when I had a chance to stamp I decided I'd make him a "Thank You" card. I started out with Heather's sketch (Oz-Some Stamps) but I didn't quite get it right so I made another one that was more in line with Heather's sketch. :-) It just so happens that both of these creations also fit for Allison's Suggestive Sunday Challenge which is to make a card without coloring. I didn't think that I'd be able to put together one without coloring at all but I did two without even thinking about it. What a pleasant surprise!

CARD DETAILS:
Retired Stamps from The Angel Company
Retired Papers from Basic Grey
Palette Inks
Eyelets
Measuring Tape Ribbon

These look terrific! A great idea for making your own DP (with the tools in the BG) and love the mix of tools in the main image in the other one (a good idea for my Power Up set). Thanks for playing (again and again)! Cheers!
