Flourished
UPDATE: The "Rejoice" stamp set from Flourishes will be available on Friday, October 5, 2007.
Flourishes is releasing three new stamp sets today! Here I used one of the Christmas sets called "Rejoice". This old world style set has twelve stamps to choose from. Including sentiments and art deco type illustrations. The angel image is stamped in Palette ink and then colored it with mica pigment watercolors. The entire image has lots of shimmer to it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to capture the sparkle in this photo or by scanning.
Also from Flourishes is their hot stamping set called "Sweet Treats". This set features a three tiered stand to arrange your choice of sweet treats.... cup cakes, strawberries, truffles, and bon bons, oh my! Here I used a rectangle Spellbinders Nestabilities embossing die to frame my main images. I also paper pieced the cupcake with matching Basic Grey papers. Off to the side you can see the fun frosting flowers that I used as a boarder.
Check out Flourishes website for their newly released stamp sets "Flourished Christmas", "Rejoice", and "Sweet Treats" at http://www.flourishes.org
