World Drawing Day

I was visiting Marianne's blog "I Like Markers" (Marianne is Copic Royalty and she is a stamp designer for Our Craft Lounge) and found that she is challenging us to inspire a child to draw for World Drawing Day. Not only did she challenge us but she also shared how she became an artist. It was cool to read about her artistic journey. She is definitely a blessed woman.

Her post reminded me of my two and a half year old daughter. This week I moved her little table out of her room to the front room next to my desk so that when I am creating she can create too. It's been interesting to watch her scribble and play at the table. Sometimes I wonder what she's thinking... I will encourage her to draw everyday!

Smiles,

PHOTO: This is my daughter having a snack at her table next to my desk. From our creative area we can look out and enjoy the scenery.

What an adorable photo. It's lovely when our little ones want to join in with our hobbies.

My daughter Ellie loves my Sugar Nellie and Magnolia stamps. She loves using my Twinkling H2Os to colour them in.

I think you have a budding crafter there Nancy!
