Two MORE Cards

The Angel Company's Vintage Holiday paper has been very fun to use and I've had it in my stash since last November! Shame on me. My plan was to have a FunShop before I left to have the baby but I never made enough time to fit it in. Speaking of the baby... I just put her down for a short nap. When I think of her I thank God for His miracle in our little daughter. Oh how I love her and my grown-up son. :-) Back to stamping... here's one I did with Beate's weekend sketch challenge yesterday. I mixed Paper Trey stamps with a Flourishes stamp. I love those three little dots from Flourishes Cake Decorating 101 set. This is the second card I've made using the dots as corner embellishments. This card reminds me of where I grew-up. In Salinas we were surrounded by strawberry fields. My Mom makes fresh strawberry jam from those very strawberries. It's all our favorite. Fond memories indeed.

I was going to make a second with the same design at the same time but instead I played with the scraps and made this "U Sweet Pea" card. I better get off the computer before the baby wakes...
